The first part of this process, i.e. export Lotus Notes email, has been completed successfully. Now you need to import data to Microsoft Outlook. And to do that, you need to follow the simple steps shown below:

Step 1: First, launch Microsoft Outlook on your system.

Step 3: On the Import and Export Wizard, select Import from another program or file in the option.

Step 4: Now choose the format to import from. Select Comma Separated Values (Windows).

  1. Exported NSF data from Notes 8.5 includes email sender name, subject and date only. These import fine into Outlook 2013/ Office 365, but none of the messages include any body information.
